I found the 24/7 reception staff genuinely friendly and helpful. the free ferry to central station was very convenient. It runs frequently. the public parking nearby cost only 9.60 euros per day, and it was free from 7 pm to 9 am.

the walls were quite thin, so hallway noise was noticeable. earplugs are a MUST. the bed was small, and the pillows felt high and uncomfortable. :(!

the location allows very easy access to the city center using the free ferry i liked the professional staff who were always available i used the free ferry to reach the hotel until late at night the shower was good too and provided ample hot water.
